Shipping + Returns
All unique works can be delivered to countries in the EU, unless mentioned otherwise. Shipping costs within EU are included in the price you see.
Shipping outside EU
When you live outside the EU and want to buy one of my works, please contact me and let me know where you want the work to be delivered. In this case I will contact DHL or POSTNL and let you know what shipping is possible and what the extra costs will be. Please note that depending on your order and country, you will be liable to pay local taxes and duties on receipt of your order. The refusal of payment of such fees causes a full cancellation of the order. Transportation cost associated with a cancellation will be deducted of the amount refunded to you.
Packaging
I take great care in ensuring the artwork is safe, efficient and protected delivered. When you unpack, please be aware that many of my works are very delicate and should better not be touch directly by hands. Wearing some gloves is the best way to do so.
Estimated delivery time
Because all my works are unique and numbered, delivery can take a bit longer, depending on where the artwork is located at the moment of your order. Therefor I will keep you informed as soon as your order is received.
I have not received my art
If you placed an order, but did not receive a confirmation by email, please contact me and let me check what went wrong.
can i cancel my order
If you want to cancel your order, please let me know immediately by email.
Can I return my order after receiving it?
I really hope that you like the work and it is what you expected. Sometimes colors can look a bit different as you have seen it on a screen due to personal settings. My screen is calibrated at least once a week when making my art & printed with matching colour profiles. If there’s another reason you’re not happy, please send me an email and let me know what is wrong and I will do my utmost to find a satisfying solution. You may return the work within 15 days from the date you received it. Of course it must be returned complete, unused and in the original packaging. Upon return we refund the price of the product excluding the shipping costs.
DAMAGED PRODUCT RECEIVED
I absolutely do my best that my work will arrive in perfect condition and matches the specifications on my website. Please contact me when a work arrives damaged within 24 hours after arrival at your address (take pictures of the damages you found) and I help you in returning or fixing the work.
Once the damaged work has been received and inspected by me, I will refund you for the cost of the art sale.
Please note: in case of a ‘damaged delivery’ never throw the art or its packaging away before taking photo proof and emailing the photo of the affected piece and your order to me.
